Approval was given to the provisions of the Drug
Trafficking (Civil Proceedings) Bill, 1990, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute 90-96, dated 20th April,
1990, submitted jointly by the Premier, Treasurer and
Minister for Ethnic Affairs, and the Minister for Police
and Emergency Services, in relation to this matter,
subject to:*

resolution of concerns raised by the Attorney
General.
AGRICULTURAL TENANCIES BILL, 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Agricultural
Tenancies Bill, 1990, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
90-91, dated 18th April, 1990, submitted by the Minister
for Agriculture and Rural Affairs, in relation to this
matter.
