PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO HEALTH PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION
BOARDS LEGISLATION.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-62, dated 26th March, 1990, submitted
by the Minister for Health, and Arts, in relation to
this matter.
The Minister for Health, and Arts is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE REAL PROPERTY ACT, 1990 AND
THE CONVEYANCING ACT, 1919 UPDATING VARIOUS
ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS RELATING TO CONVEYANCING
SERVICES.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-41, dated 15th March, 1990, submitted
by the Minister for Natural Resources, in relation to
this matter.

The Minister for Natural Resources is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.
