PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE BUILDING SERVICES CORPORATION
ACT, 1989.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-37, dated 13th March, 1990, submitted
by the Minister for Housing, in relation to this
mattter.
The Minister for Housing is to take the necessary action
to give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.

REVIEW OF FEES PAYABLE UNDER THE VALUATION OF LAND ACT,
1916.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-35, dated 2nd March, 1990, submitted
by the Minister for Natural Resources, in relation to
this mattter.
The Minister for Natural Resources is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.

PROPOSED LEGISLATION AND POLICY WITH RESPECT TO
COMPULSORY HIV TESTING OF PRISONERS AND TO THE
MANAGEMENT OF HIV+ PRISONERS.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 89-381, dated 7th
November, 1989, submitted jointly by the Minister for
Corrective Services and the Minister for Health, and
Arts, in relation to this mattter was deferred.
In the meantime, the Minister for Corrective Services
and the Minister for Health, and Arts are to hold
discussions with prison officers, on the question of the
distribution of condoms.
