LIQUOR (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1990 AND COGNATE BILLS.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Liquor
(Amendment) Bill, 1990 and Cognate Bills, as summarised
in Cabinet Minute 90-52, dated 22nd March, 1990,
submitted by the Chief Secretary, and Minister for
Tourism, in relation to this matter.

EDUCATION REFORM BILL, 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Education
Reform Bill, 1990, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
90-57, dated 26th March, 1990, submitted by the Minister
for Education and Youth Affairs, in relation to this
matter.

PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO AMEND THE INDEPENDENT COMMISSION
AGAINST CORRUPTION ACT, 1988.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 90-43, dated 16th March,
1990, submitted by the Premier, Treasurer and Minister
for Ethnic Affairs, in relation to this matter was
deferred.
