PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE REAL PROPERTY ACT, 1900 TO
EXTEND THE PROVISIONS FOR THE REMOVAL OF CAUTIONS FROM
QUALIFIED TITLES.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-25, dated 27th February, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for Natural Resources, in
relation to this matter.
•
The Minister for Natural Resources is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR AND DEPUTY SENIOR CROWN
PROSECUTORS.
•
Approval was given to the following persons being
appointed as Senior and Deputy Senior Crown Prosecutors,
as proposed in Cabinet Minute 90-54, dated 26th March,
1990, submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to
this matter:Allan Chapman Saunders, Q.C., as Senior Crown
Prosecutor.
Charles Allan Luland, Q.C., and Mark Alfred Guido
Tedeschi, Q.C., as Deputy Senior Crown Prosecutors.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision.
