PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF CROWN PROSECUTORS.
Approval was given to recommendations being made to the
Governor-in-Council that the following persons be placed
on an elegibility list for appointment as a Crown
Prosecutor, as and when vacancies occur, as proposed in
Cabinet Minute 90-2, dated 13th January, 1990, submitted
by the Attorney General, in relation to this matter:Lawrence Paul Gray
Priscilla Gabrielle Adey
Alan Lucas
Darryl Norman Wilson
Bruce Cyril Smith
Francis Dominic Logue Bolles
Gordon Bruce Lerve
Robert Allan Hulme

The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
arrangements for the necessary medical examinations.
7.
APPOINTMENT OF VALUER-GENERAL, VALUER-GENERAL'S
DEPARTMENT.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Mr. Peter Cunningham be
appointed as Valuer-General, Valuer-General's Department
for a term of 5 years, as proposed in Cabinet Minute
89-463, dated 28th December, 1989, submitted by the
Minister for Natural Resources, in relation to this
matter.
The Minister for Natural Resouces is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including arrangements for the necessary medical
examination.
