REAL PROPERTY (OYSTER LEASES) AMENDMENT BILL, 1990 AND
COGNATE BILL.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Real
Property (Oyster Leases) Amendment Bill, 1990 and
Cognate Bill, as summarised in Cabinet Minute 90-45,
dated 21st March, 1990, submitted by the Minister for
Natural Resources, in relation to this matter.

PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO AMEND THE INDEPENDENT COMMISSION
AGAINST CORRUPTION ACT, 1988.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 90-43, dated 16th March,
1990, submitted by the Premier, Treasurer and Minister
for Ethnic Affairs, in relation to this matter was
deferred until next meeting.

WATER BOARD WATER, SEWERAGE AND DRAINAGE PRICING.
Further consideration (Recommendations 3.1.4 to 3.1.11)
of Cabinet Minute 90-44, dated 16th March, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for the Environment, in
relation to this matter was deferred until next meeting.
