AMENDMENT OF THE STAMP DUTIES ACT, 1920 RELATING TO
MINOR CONCESSIONS, AVOIDANCE SCHEMES, MINOR HEADS OF
DUTY AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS.
•
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-10, dated 2nd February, 1990,
submitted by the Premier, Treasurer, and Minister for
Ethnic Affairs, in relation to this matter, including
the preparation of the necessary legislation.
