PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE SUPERANNUATION ADMINISTRATION
ACT, 1987.
Consideration was given to the proposals contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-19, dated 23rd February, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for Industrial Relations and
Employment, in relation to this matter.
Approval was given to:-
•
the recommendations contained in the Cabinet
Minute; and
the Superannuation Administration (Amendment) Bill
being introduced into Parliament.
The Minister for Industrial Relations and Employment is
to take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision.
