REFORMS RELEVANT TO RELOCATABLE HOMES AND HOME PARK
DEVELOPMENTS.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-259, dated 19th October, 1990,
submitted jointly by the Minister for Housing, and the
Minister for Local Government, and Planning, in relation
to this matter.
The Minister for Housing, and the Minister for Local
Government and Planning, are to take the necessary
action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.
I.
REVIEW OF THE WARRAGAMBA FLOOD PROTECTION PROGRAMME ADDITIONAL STUDIES.
Consideration was given to the recommendations contained
in Cabinet Minute 90-260 dated 19th October, 1990,
submitted jointly by the Minister for Local Government,
and Planning, and the Minister for the Environment, in
relation to this matter.
Cabinet decided as follows:Recommendation 3.1 approved.

Recommendations 3.2 to 3.6 deferred pending results
of a priority study on Probable Maximum Floods as
indicated in the Minister for the Environment's
letter of 10th December, 1990.
the Urban Development Committee of Cabinet is to
consider legal liability and flood risk issues in
consultation with the Attorney General.
The Minister for Local Government, and Planning, and the
Minister for the Environment, are to take the necessary
action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.
