PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE FORMATION OF
LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-253, dated 11th October, 1990,
submitted jointly by the Attorney General, and the
Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs, in
relation to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED REFORM FOR THE ELECTRICITY COMMISSION COAL
OPERATIONS.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-332, dated 21st November, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for Minerals and Energy, in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Minerals and Energy is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.

APPOINTMENT OF ASSISTANT OMBUDSMAN.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 90-331, dated 22nd
November, 1990, submitted by the Premier, Treasurer and
Minister for Ethnic Affairs, in relation to this matter,
was deferred.
