PROPOSED LEGISLATION RELATING TO THE SALE OF STOCK
EXHIBITS.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-271, dated 26th October, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter, subject to:*

amendment of the definition of "valuable stock", as
agreed to by the Attorney General in his letter of
13th November, 1990
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE
1987.
VICTIMS COMPENSATION ACT,
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-237, dated 2nd October, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter; subject to:-

the amendments to section 44 of the Prisons Act,
1952, as set out in the letter from the Attorney
General of 14th November, 1990.
The Attorney General is take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
