Approval was given to the provisions of the Local
Government (Street Drinking) Amendment Bill, 1990, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute 90-328, dated 21st
November, 1990, submitted by the Minister for Local
Government, and Planning, in relation to this matter,
subject to

guidelines being drafted in
consultation with the Anti-Discrimination Board.
PUBLIC HEALTH BILL.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Public
Health Bill 1990 and Cognate Bills, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 90-307, dated 12th November, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for Health, and Arts, in
relation to this matter, subject to:*
the amendments outlined in the letters (2) from the
Minister for Health of 21st November, 1990; and
the Minister for the Environment consulting with
the Minister for Planning, as required, on the
operation of the Unhealthy Building Land
legislation pending the establishment of the
Environment Protection Authority.

BILL, 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Commercial
Arbitration (Amendment) Bill, 1990, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 90-280, dated 1st November, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
