ANTI-DISCRIMINATION (COMPULSORY RETIREMENT) AMENDMENT
BILL, 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the
Anti-Discrimination (Compulsory Retirement) Amendment
Bill, 1990, as summarised in Cabinet Minute 90-314,
dated 16th November, 1990, submitted by the Attorney
General, in relation to this matter.
Cabinet also decided that the Minister for Industrial
Relations was to address the impact on redundancies.

NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE (LEASES) AMENDMENT BILL,
1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the National
Parks and Wildlife (Leases) Amendment Bill, 1990, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute 90-330, dated 22nd
November, 1990, submitted by the Minister for the
Environment, in relation to this matter.

BILL.
Approval was given to the provisions of the
Superannuation Administration Bill, 1990 and Cognate
Bill, as summarised in Cabinet Minute 90-322, dated 16th
November 1990, and Supplementary Cabinet Minute 90-327,
dated 20th November, 1990, submitted by the Minister for
Industrial Relations, and Minister for Further
Education, Training and Employment, in relation to this
matter.
