CONSTITUTION AND PARLIAMENTARY ELECTORATES AND ELECTIONS
(AMENDMENT) BILL 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Constitution
and Parliamentary Electorates and Elections (Amendment)
Bill, 1990, as summarised in Cabinet Minute 90-320,
dated 19th November, submitted by the Premier,
Treasurer, and Minister for Ethnic Affairs, in relation
to this matter.

APPOINTMENT OF MERVYN GEORGE MILLS AS NON-JUDICIAL
MEMBER AND DEPUTY PRESIDENT TO THE INDUSTRIAL
COMMISSION.
Cabinet endorsed a proposal by the Attorney General that
Mr. Mervyn George Mills be appointed as a Non-Judicial
Member and Deputy President of the Industrial
Commission.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision.
