the Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs is
to consult with Treasury in relation to what funds
are required to be retained by the Corporations in
the course of their winding down; and
the Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs is
to submit a new Cabinet Minute dealing with these
issues.
Cabinet did not approve of the establishment of the
Commercial Land Fund. Surplus funds are to be returned
to the Consolidated Fund.

The Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
CORPORATIONS (NEW SOUTH WALES) BILL 1990,
Approval was given to the provisions of the Corporations
(New South Wales) Bill, 1990, as summarised in Cabinet
Minute 90-316, dated 16th November, 1990 submitted
jointly by the Attorney General, and the Minister for
Business and Consumer Affairs, in relation to this
matter.

Approval was given to the provisions of the Burns Philp
Trustee Company Limited Bill, 1990, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 90-317, dated 16th November, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
