Approval was given to the provisions of the
Environmental Offences and Penalties Amendment Bill,
1990, as summarised in Cabinet Minute 90-311, dated 15th
November, 1990, submitted by the Minister for the
Environment, in relation to this matter, subject to:*
appeals provisions not being commenced pending
further discussion with the Attorney General.
