PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO ESTABLISH THE SYDNEY ELECTRICITY
BOARD.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-299, dated 9th November, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for Minerals and Energy, in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Minerals and Energy is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.

APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR, DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING.
Cabinet approved of a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Mr. Richard Flint be appointed
as Director, Department of Housing, for a term of 18
months, as proposed in Cabinet Minute 90-301, dated 9th
November, 1990, submitted by the Minister for Housing,
in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Housing is to take the necessary action
to give effect to Cabinet's decision.
