Approval was given to the provisions of the Motor
Accidents (Amendment) Bill, 1990, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 90-295, dated 9th November, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
INDUSTRIAL ARBITRATION (VOLUNTARY UNIONISM) AMENDMENT
BILL 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Industrial
Arbritration (Voluntary Unionism) Amendment Bill, 1990,
as summarised in Cabinet Minute 90-300, dated 9th
November, 1990, submitted by the Minister for Industrial
Relations, and Minister for Further Education, Training
and Employment, in relation to this matter.
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CRIMES ACT 1900 FOLLOWING
ATTACKS WITH AIDS INFECTED BLOOD.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-277, dated 1st Novmeber, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
