summarised in Cabinet Minute 90-296, dated 9th November,
1990, submitted by the Minister for Industrial
Relations, and Minister for Further Education, Training
and Employment, in relation to this matter.
HOME CARE SERVICE (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Home Care
Service (Amendment) Bill, 1990, as summarised in Cabinet
Minute 90-297, dated 9th November, 1990, submitted by
the Minister for Family and Community Services, and
Minister for Administrative Services, in relation to
this matter.
OATHS (CHILDREN) AMENDMENT BILL 1990 AND JUSTICES
(COMMITTAL STATEMENTS) AMENDMENT BILL 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Oaths
(Children) Amendment Bill, 1990 and Justices (Committal
Statements) Amendment Bill, 1990, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 90-282, dated 5th November, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter, subject to:*
the Attorney General ensuring that the test is
similar to that in Victorian legislation; and
the operation of the legislation being monitored
and reviewed over the next two years.
