PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE NATIONAL TRUST OF AUSTRALIA
(NEW SOUTH WALES) ACT 1960.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-292, dated 7th November, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for Local Government, and
Planning, in relation to this matter, subject to:*
the Attorney General being consulted in the
drafting of the Bill.
The Minister for Local Government, and Planning, is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
PROPOSED REAPPOINTMENT OF A CONCILIATION AND TECHNICAL
ASSESSOR OF THE LAND AND ENVIRONMENT COURT.
Cabinet approved a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Mr. Graham Andrews be
reappointed as a Conciliation and Technical Assessor of
the Land and Environment Court for a term of seven
years, as proposed in Cabinet Minute 90-293, dated 5th
November, 1990, submitted by the Attorney General, in
relation to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision.

EXTENSION OF THE TERM OF OFFICE OF A FULL TIME MEMBER OF
THE STATE DRUG CRIME COMMISSION OF NEW SOUTH WALES
(SDCC).
Cabinet approved of a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that the term of office of Mr.
Clarence Raymond Briese, a full time member of the State
Drug Crime Commission, be extended for two years from
31st January, 1993, as proposed in Cabinet Minute
90-294, dated 5th November, 1990, submitted by the
Minister for Police and Emergency Services, in relation
to this matter.
The Minister for Police and Emergency Services is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision.
