PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO PROVIDE SCHEMES FOR PROFESSIONAL
AND OTHER OCCUPATIONAL ORGANISATIONS IN RELATION TO
LIMITED LIABILITY, INSURANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-235, dated 2nd October, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.

NATIONAL REGULATION OF CORPORATIONS.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-290, dated 8th November, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE
ACT, 1974.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-274, dated 30th October, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for the Environment, in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for the Environment is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.
