PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE MURRAY DARLING BASIN ACT 1983.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-250, dated 10th October, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for Water Resources, in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Water Resources is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.
MEAT INDUSTRY (AMENDMENT) BILL 1990.

Approval was given to the provisions of the Meat
Industry (Amendment) Bill, 1990, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 90-270, dated 25th October, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for Agriculture and Rural
Affairs, in relation to this matter.
AUSTRALIAN CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY BILL 1990.

Approval was given to the provisions of the Australian
Catholic University Bill, 1990, as summarised in Cabinet
Minute 90-269, dated 25th October, 1990, submitted by
the Minister for School Education and Youth Affairs, in
relation to this matter.
