PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE TRUSTEE COMPANIES ACT 1964.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-245, dated 9th October, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.

PROPOSAL FOR A NEW WORLD HERITAGE PROPERTIES (LORD HOWE
ISLAND) ACT.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-256, dated 17th October, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for the Environment, in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for the Environment is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.
