PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE CREDIT ACT 1984 AND CREDIT
(ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1984.
Approval was given to recommendations 3.1 to 3.10
contained in Cabinet Minute 90-251, dated 11th
September, 1990, submitted by the Minister for Business
and Consumer Affairs, in relation to this matter.
Cabinet did not approve of recommendations 3.11 and
3.12.

The Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
