PROPOSAL TO AMEND THE N.S.W. COAL MINING INDUSTRY LONG
SERVICE LEAVE ACT 1950.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-241, dated 4th October, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for Industrial Relations, and
Minister for Further Education, Training and Employment,
in relation to this matter.

The Minister for Industrial Relations, and Minister for
Further Education, Training and Employment is to take
the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
LEGAL AID COMMISSION (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1990.

Approval was given to the provisions of the Legal Aid
Commission (Amendment) Bill, 1990, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 90-242, dated 5th October, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT (PUBLIC INQUIRIES) AMENDMENT BILL 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Local
Government (Public Inquiries) Amendment Bill, 1990, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute 90-243, dated 5th October,
1990, submitted by the Minister for Local Government,
and Planning, in relation to this matter.
