PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE JUSTICES ACT, 1902 REGARDING
COMMITTAL PROCEEDINGS.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-175, dated 27th August, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
•
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO AMEND THE PROVISIONS OF THE
JUSTICES ACT RELATING TO ORDERS FOR COSTS AND
ENFORCEMENT OF FINES.

Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-198, dated 6th September, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
