PROPOSALS FOR RESTRUCTURE OF THE STATE AUTHORITIES
SUPERANNUATION BOARD.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-219, dated 18th September, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for Industrial Relations, and
Minister for Further Education, Training and Employment,
in relation to this matter.
•
The Minister for Industrial Relations, and Minister for
Further Education, Training and Employment is to take
the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF MAGISTRATES OF THE LOCAL COURT.
Approval was given to recommendations being made to the
Governor-in-Council that the following persons be placed
on an eligibility list for appointment as a Magistrate,
as and when vacancies occur:

Peter Charles Rheinberger
Nicholas Reimer
(iii)Anthony Alfred Spence
Mark Robert Shepherd
Malcolm Ian Macpherson
Warren Peter Connors
(vii)Christopher Wayne McRobert,
as proposed in Cabinet Minute 90-226, dated 24th
September, 1990, submitted by the Attorney General, in
relation to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision.
