PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO INCORPORATE INDIVIDUAL PARENTS
AND CITIZENS ASSOCIATIONS.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-192, dated 4th September, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for School Education and Youth
Affairs, in relation to this matter.
•
The Minister for School Education and Youth Affairs is
to take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO PROVIDE RECOGNITION OF THE
AUSTRALIAN CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-212, dated 13th September, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for School Education and Youth
Affairs, in relation to this matter.
The Minister for School Education and Youth Affairs is
to take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
