PROPOSED RADIATION CONTROL ACT.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 89-318, dated 21st
September, 1989 submitted by the Minister for Health,
and Arts, in relation to this matter was deferred to
next meeting.
•
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURES ACT, 1986
AND THE JUSTICES ACT, 1902.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-377, dated 6th November, 1989,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
