A BANK ACCOUNT DEBITS
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-205, dated 10th September, 1990,
submitted by the Premier, Treasurer and Minister for
Ethnic Affairs in relation to this matter, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.

INTRODUCTION OF .02 BLOOD ALCOHOL LIMIT FOR DRIVERS
UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE AND FOR DRIVERS OF SPECIFIED
VEHICLES.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-199, dated 6th September, 1990,
submitted by the Deputy Premier, Minister for Public
Works, and Roads, in relation to this matter.
The Deputy Premier, Minister for Public Works, and Roads
is to take the necessary action to give effect to
Cabinet's decision, including the preparation of the
necessary legislation.
