PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF PSYCHIATRIST MEMBER OF THE
MENTAL HEALTH REVIEW TRIBUNAL.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Dr. Raymond Sandig be appointed
as Psychiatrist Member of the Mental Health Review
Tribunal, for a period of three years, as proposed in
Cabinet Minute 90-215, dated 17th September, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for Health, and Arts, in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Health, and Arts is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including arrangements for the necessary medical
examination.
