PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE DISTRICT COURT ACT RELATING TO
ANCILLARY APPEALS.

Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-191, dated 4th September, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE TRUSTEE COMPANIES ACT 1964
AND THE WILLS, PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1898.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-193, dated 4th September, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
