PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE SUITOR'S FUND ACT.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-200, dated 6th September, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter, subject to:*
consultation with the Premier as to the
continuation of the Suitor's Fund.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
CIVIL PROCEDURE LEGISLATION.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-189, dated 3rd September, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
Cabinet also decided that the financial implications are
to be worked out with the Treasurer.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
