PROPOSED LEGISLATION IN RELATION TO CHARITIES AND
CHARITABLE TRUSTS.
Approval was given to the recommendations in Cabinet
Minute 90-194, dated 5th September, 1990, submitted by
the Attorney General, in relation to this matter,
subject to
*
the proposals within existing
budgetary allocations; and
excluding any Crown liability for decisions made in
regard to the establishing of schemes.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
