PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE ALBURY WODONGA DEVELOPMENT
ACT, 1974.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-167, dated 16th August, 1990,
submitted jointly by the Minister for Business and
Consumer Affairs, and the Minister for Local Government,
and Planning, in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
