APPOINTMENT OF ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER TO THE INDEPENDENT
COMMISSION AGAINST CORRUPTION.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Mr. Bruce Wilkie Collins, Q.C.,
be appointed as Assistant Commissioner for the
Independent Commission Against Corruption, for the
period from 13th September to 12th November, 1990, as
proposed in Cabinet Minute 90-188, dated 4th September,
1990, submitted by the Premier, Treasurer, and Minister
for Ethnic Affairs, in relation to this matter.

JUDICIAL APPOINTMENT
Cabinet endorsed a proposal by the Attorney General to a
recommendation being made to the Governor-in-Council
that Mr. James Moreton Neville Rolfe, Q.C., be appointed
as a Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision.

JUDICIAL APPOINTMENT
Cabinet endorsed a proposal by the Attorney General to a
recommendation being made to the Governor-in-Council
that Mr. Michael Alan Viney, Q.C., be appointed as a
Judge of the District Court of New South Wales.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision.
