PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF A CONCILIATION AND TECHNICAL
ASSESSOR OF THE LAND AND ENVIRONMENT COURT.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Mr. Trevor Bly be appointed as
a Conciliation and Technical Assessor of the Land and
Environment, Court as proposed in Cabinet Minute 90-180,
dated 27th August, 1990, submitted by the Attorney
General in relation to this matter.
•
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
arrangements for the necessary medical examination.
EMPLOYEES LIABILITY BILL 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Employees
Liability Bill, 1990, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
90-182, dated 30th August, 1990, submitted by the
Attorney General, in relation to this matter.

ROYAL COMMISSIONS (AMENDMENT) BILL 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Royal
Commissions (Amendment) Bill, 1990, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 90-186, dated 3rd September, 1990,
submitted by the Premier, Treasurer, and Minister for
Ethnic Affairs, in relation to this matter.
