N.S.W. POSITION ON COMMONWEALTH ROAD TRANSPORT
PROPOSALS.
The proposals contained in Cabinet Minute 90-176, dated
27th August, 1990, submitted by the Deputy Premier,
Minister for Public Works, and Roads, in relation to
this matter, were discussed.

LIMITATION OF INCOME WHICH COUNCILS MAY DERIVE FROM
GENERAL PURPOSE RATES AND GARBAGE CHARGES FOR 1991.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-173, dated 22nd August, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for Local Government, and
Planning, in relation to this matter, subject to:*
the amendments outlined in the letter dated
3rd September, 1990 from the Minister for
Local Government, and Planning.
The Minister for Local Government, and Planning is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision.
