PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE JUDICIAL OFFICERS ACT 1986
AND JUDGES PENSIONS ACT 1953.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-161, dated 10th August, 1990,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter, subject to:*
•
discussions with The Cabinet Office on
judicial pension amendments.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE BAIL ACT 1978.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-158, dated 9th August, 1990, submitted
by the Attorney General, in relation to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE EXHIBITED ANIMALS PROTECTION
ACT 1986.
Approval was not given to the proposals contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-165, dated 15th August, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for the Environment, in
relation to this matter.
