PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL FULL-TIME AND
PART-TIME MEMBERS OF THE RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES TRIBUNAL
OF N.S.W.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that the following persons be
appointed for terms of five years, as proposed in
Cabinet Minute 90-8, dated 30th January, 1990, submitted
by the Minister for Housing, in relation to this
matter:-
•
Dennis Nolan as a full-time member of the
Residential Tenancies Tribunal;
Clement Morrell, John Ward, Dennis Burrows, Robert
Thompson and Graham Cochrane, as part-time members
of the Residential Tenancies Tribunal.
The Minister for Housing is to take the necessary action
to give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
arrangements for the necessary medical examination in
respect of the full-time member.
