PROPOSED LEGISLATION WITH RESPECT TO POWERS OF ENTRY.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-84, dated 9th April, 1990, submitted
by the Attorney General, in relation to this matter,
subject to:*
addressing Ministerial concerns during the
drafting stage.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
