APPOINTMENT OF ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER, N.S.W. FORESTRY
COMMISSION.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in Council that Dr. Gary John Bacon be
appointed as Assistant Commissioner, New South Wales
Forestry Commission, for a term of five years, as
proposed in Cabinet Minute 90-169, dated 16th August,
1990, submitted by the Minister for Tourism, Lands and
Forests, in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Tourism, Lands and Forests, is to take
the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including arrangements for the necessary
medical examination.

PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT OF THE
MENTAL HEALTH TRIBUNAL.

Anproval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in Council that Mr. Michael John Sterry be
appointed as Deputy President of the Mental Health
Review Tribunal, for a period of five years, as proposed
in Cabinet Minute 90-170, dated 20th August, 1990,
submitted by the Minister for Health, and Arts, in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Health, and Arts is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including arrangements for the necessary medical
examination.
