COASTLINE MANAGEMENT MANUAL.
Approval was given to the recommendation contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-144, dated 13th June, 1990, submitted
by the Deputy Premier and Minister for Public Works, in
relation to this matter.
The Deputy Premier, and Minister for Public Works is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision.

JUDICIAL APPOINTMENT.
Cabinet endorsed a proposal by the Attorney General that
Mr. Alan Richard Abadee, R.F.D., Q.C. be appointed as a
Judge of the Supreme Court on and from 27th August,
199 0.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
arrangements for the necessary medical examination and
Governor-in-Council approval.
