COMMERCIALISATION OF STATE LOTTERIES OFFICE.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-156, dated 2nd August, 1990, submitted
by the Chief Secretary, and Minister for Water
Resources, in relation to this matter, subject to:*
•
the Chief Secretary reporting back to Cabinet, at
the Bill Minute stage, regarding power to trade
interstate and overseas.
The Chief Secretary, and Minister for Water Resources is
to take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.

Cabinet Minute 90-145, dated 15th June, 1990, submitted
by the Premier, Treasurer and Minister for Ethnic
Affairs, in relation to this matter, subject to:*
the amendments previously agreed to by Cabinet.
