PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO IMPLEMENT THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF
THE LAW REFORM COMMISSION IN RELATION TO EMPLOYEES'
LIABILITY.
•
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-141, dated 18th May 1990, submitted by
the Attorney General, in relation to this matter,
subject to:*
the changes proposed in the Attorney General's
letter of 24th July, 1990.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
