PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF A FULL-TIME COMMISSIONER OF
THE LAW REFORM COMMISSION.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Professor David Weisbrot be
appointed as a full-time Commissioner of the Law Reform
Commission for a term of three years commencing 1st
August, 1990, as proposed in Cabinet Minute 90-152,
dated 2nd July, 1990, submitted by the Attorney General,
in relation to this matter.
•
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
arrangements for the necessary medical examination.
