COASTLINE MANAGEMENT MANUAL.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 90-144, dated 13th June,
1990, submitted by the Deputy Premier, Minister for
State Development, and Public Works in relation to this
matter, was deferred.
•
PROPOSED REAPPOINTMENT OF ACTING SENIOR CHAIRMAN,
GOVERNMENT AND RELATED EMPLOYEES APPEAL TRIBUNAL AND HIS
ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENT AS CHAIRMAN OF THE TRANSPORT
APPEAL BOARDS.
Approval was given to the following recommendations
being made to the Governor-in-Council, as proposed in
Cabinet Minute 90-146, dated 19th June, 1990, submitted
by the Attorney General, in relation to this matter:*
•
Mr. John Lance Lynn be re-appointed as a Chairman
and as Acting Senior Chairman of the Government and
Related Employees Appeal Tribunal for the periods
commencing on 1st August, 1990 and 10th July, 1990
respectively and expiring on 30th June, 1991, and
Mr. John Lance Lynn be appointed as Chairman of the
Transport Appeal Boards for the period commencing
on 1st August, 1990 and expiring on 30th June,
1991.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision.
