Ministers discussed various issues.
PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO PROVIDE FOR A REHABILITATION OF
OFFENDERS SCHEME.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-90, dated 17th April, 1990, submitted
by the Attorney General, in relation to this matter,
subject to:*
the deletion of recommendation 2.1. (c) (v), and
the proposed "exemption" provisions being expanded
as referred to in the letter from the Minister for
Industrial Relations and Employment, of 9th May,
1990.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.

DRAFT N.S.W. COASTAL POLICY.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 90-145, dated 15th June,
1990, submitted by the Premier, Treasurer and Minister
for Ethnic Affairs, in relation to this matter, was
deferred.
