PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF GENERAL MANAGER, HARNESS RACING
AUTHORITY.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Mr Brian Judd be appointed as
General Manager, Harness Racing Authority, for a period
of five years, as proposed in Cabinet Minute 90-5, dated
18th January, 1990, submitted by the Minister for Sport
and Recreation, and Racing, in relation to this matter.

The Minister for Sport and Recreation, and Racing is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including arrangements for the necessary
medical examination.
PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE MENTAL
HEALTH REVIEW TRIBUNAL.

Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Dr. Robert Alexander Hayes be
appointed as President of the Mental Health Review
Tribunal, for a period of five years, as proposed in
Cabinet _Minute 90-7, dated 25th January, 1990, submitted
by theMili+111%ter for Health, and Arts, in relation to
this matter.
The Minister for Health, and Arts, is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including arrangements for the necessary medical
examination.
